This is Dhiya, my niece born in May 2008. I took a photo of her this Thanksgiving and found it very interesting, she is such a beautiful girl. Strange it may be (the perspective), it's about discovery. The face isn't true to form, I don't paint "abstract" or with such bold colors. Maybe it's winter, maybe it's just the way to evolve and grow as a painter or maybe it's just plain fun and exciting. Lets see where this takes me.
